for teaching heritage speakers and less commonly taught languages? How
can the field best support the recent focus on learning strategic languages?

have we learned regarding distributed and on-line course-work? What does
an effective hybrid distributed model look like?

This year's DigitalStream
conference will be hosting co-located conferences for 3 other organizations
interested in the integration of technology and learning. There will
be presentations by members from the following groups: The New Media
Consortium, The Monterey Bay Foreign Language Project and The SouthWest
Association for Language Learning Technology.
Location
The DigitalStream Conference
is held at the CSUMB campus on Sixth Avenue. Please see the Directions
page for driving directions and a detailed campus map.
Please check-in at the University Center Foyer to receive your registration
materials and the conference program. The registration desk will be
open from 3PM - 7PM on Wednesday, 3/19, from 8AM - 5PM on Thursday,
3/20 and Friday, 3/21, and from 8AM - 10AM on Saturday, 3/22.
