Rongrong Liao
Defense Language Institute
Rongrong Liao has a Ph.D. in Chinese Linguistics from Ohio State University and MAs in Chinese linguistics from Universities in USA and China. She is an Assistant Professor and serves as an SME (Subject Matter Expert) at the Curriculum Development Division at the Defense Language Institute, Monterey, CA. Currently Rongrong Liao is designing the Internet Interactive Chinese Lessons.
