Gearóid Ó
Néill lectures in the Department of Computer Science, University
of Limerick. He is course director of Cúrsa Scríobh Ilmheán.
His interests include computer aided language learning and has presented
and published several articles on the topic. He was involved in the 'computerization'
of the dictionary "An Foclóir Beag" (http://www.csis.ul.ie/focloir).
He was president of NAACLT (North American Association of Celtic Language
Teachers), 1999-2000.
