agencies; worked as a Chinese Mandarin curriculum writer at DLI; received
his MA in Teaching from Graduate School of Professional Studies at Lewis
& Clark College, USA and MA in International Relations from Maxwell
School of Citizenship and Public Affairs at Syracuse University, USA.
