6th Annual Conference, March 25-27, 2004

Please join us Friday, March 26, 2004 at CSU Monterey Bay, California to exhibit and present your company's products and services at the 6th annual DigitalStream Conference—which showcases best practices in the use of technology for enhancing the teaching of languages and cultures.

This is an excellent forum for you to interact with leading educators, teachers and experts in language learning, and we'd love to include you! If you are interested, just complete the Vendor Participation form from the link at the bottom of this email, and return it no later than Feb. 26th to ensure your place!


DigitalStream Conference - Vendor Participation
March 26th, 2004

DigitalStream 2004, the sixth annual conference on emerging technologies in teaching languages and cultures, will again be held at California State University Monterey Bay, in California. Each year, hundreds of educators from across the country, and overseas, who are interested in the study of foreign languages gather to learn and share the best use of technology in the language classroom. The theme this year is "Seeing and Speaking: A Vision Of Language!"

We would like to invite you to join DigitalStream's exciting seminars, workshops, and discussions with colleagues while exploring the most effective practices, technologies and applications for seeing and speaking languages.

There are several opportunities for you to present your message to top language educators:

VENDOR PARTICIPATION OPPORTUNITIES

$150 PRODUCT/INFORMATION DISTRIBUTION

If your schedule does now allow for you or your staff to attend the event, but you would like to take advantage of placing your product literature or samples into the hands of the attendees, you may provide us with a minimum of 300 packets, and/or samples for distribution in the Information & Networking area. For added promotion and exposure of your company and its products and services—show prizes, logo'd items, and related items that will be awarded to attendees are welcomed in addition

$400 PRESENTING VENDOR & DISPLAY AREA (Friday, March 26th)

  • One Display Table with standard electrical, and wireless Internet connectivity and room for your pop-up exhibit or a backdrop. (Curtained booths are not available.)
  • Participation in "What's Hot" opening session and evening Exhibitor Reception prior to banquet
    Your literature and materials distributed in the Information & Networking area all days of the conference
  • Based on availability, an opportunity to present one 35 minute or 80-minute talk or workshop in the conference program on Friday, March 26th
  • Friday meals and networking, including brunch, lunch and banquet dinner

    If you are interested in additional participation options, we are open to your suggestions and we will do our best to accommodate your requests, and we'd also encourage you to consider offering an item as a door prize that we can promote in our pre-conference releases.
